Job Description
Hilton is seeking Housekeepers / Room Attendants to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and hotel areas. Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning guest rooms, making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming floors, dusting furniture, replenishing towels and toiletries, removing trash, and restocking housekeeping carts. Employees must ensure rooms meet Hilton cleanliness and brand standards and are ready for arriving guests. Housekeepers may also respond to guest requests and report maintenance issues when needed. This position typically pays $15 to $24 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, weekend pay, holiday pay, and performance-based bonuses depending on location and hotel. Housekeepers are responsible for completing a set number of rooms per shift, performing deep cleaning tasks when required, organizing housekeeping carts, replacing linens, cleaning hallways when assigned, and maintaining cleaning equipment. Employees must follow Hilton cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and hotel service standards.
