Job Description: At The National Joist Company we fabricate steel joist and deck building systems. We are looking for individuals who are passionate in their line of work and are dedicated to helping bring our visions to life.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2yrs experience in MIG Welding
• Self- motivated and detail- oriented
• Material handling with sit-down forklifts & overhead cranes
• Be familiar with the steel industry
• Be proficient at MIG/TIG welding working in thickness
• Must have fabrication skills
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, work orders and instructions
• Certified welder is a plus
