About the Role

As an Independent Cleaning Contractor, you will provide residential cleaning services for Bright Nest clients while maintaining your independence as a 1099 contractor. Bright Nest connects you with clients and manages operational coordination so you can focus on delivering outstanding cleaning results.

Pay: Competitive pay starting at $25/hour

Responsibilities
• Perform residential cleaning services in client homes
• Deliver high-quality, detail-focused cleaning results
• Follow service checklists and cleaning standards
• Maintain respect and care for client property
• Provide friendly, reliable, and courteous service
• Communicate clearly regarding appointments or service updates

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of residential cleaning experience
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic
• Strong attention to detail
• Friendly attitude with strong customer service skills
• Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor
