Job Summary

Join our dynamic security team as an Unarmed Security Guard, where your vigilance and commitment to safety will help protect our facilities, staff, and visitors. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through proactive surveillance, conflict management, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Responsibilities
• Monitor premises through CCTV surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity and ensure security integrity
• Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify potential security risks or safety hazards
• Manage access control by verifying credentials of visitors, contractors, and employees while maintaining accurate logs
• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents or disturbances, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations
• Perform basic first aid and CPR when necessary, providing immediate assistance until emergency services arrive
• Enforce safety policies and loss prevention measures to safeguard assets and prevent theft or vandalism
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents, providing detailed reports as required

Experience
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable
• Familiarity with surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems and security protocols
• Training or certification in first aid, CPR, and conflict management is preferred
• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and emergency response procedures
• Ability to remain alert and attentive during long shifts while maintaining professionalism at all times
