Position Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Grill Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, has a strong understanding of grill techniques, and is passionate about quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items on the grill to order, ensuring quality and presentation standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
Monitor food inventory and communicate shortages to management
Follow recipes, portion controls, and plating guidelines
Work efficiently during peak service hours while maintaining attention to detail
Adhere to all food safety and health regulations
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a grill cook or similar kitchen role preferred
Knowledge of grilling techniques, temperatures, and food safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
