Responsibilities
• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common rooms
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, appliances, and fixtures
• Conduct floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and polishing surfaces to ensure a pristine appearance
• Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
• Manage clutter removal and organize spaces to enhance overall cleanliness and orderliness
• Provide friendly customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction with each visit
• Follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment to maintain a safe working environment
Qualifications
• Prior experience in residential cleaning is required
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including sanitation standards and floor care procedures
• Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
