• Seasonal menu development and planning
• Ordering, inventory, vendor relationships, and food costing
• BOH hiring, training, scheduling, and staff development
• Maintaining sanitation, food safety, quality, and consistency
• Communication with FOH leadership to ensure smooth service

What You Bring
• 5+ years restaurant BOH experience
• 2+ years as a Head Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or BOH leader
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Calm, organized presence during service
• Experience in scratch kitchens preferred
• Food safety certification a plus

Schedule

Full-Time | 5 days per week

Closed Monday and Tuesday

Service Hours
• Wednesday-Thursday: 4 PM - 9 PM
• Friday-Saturday: 11:30 AM - 10 PM
• Sunday: 11:30 AM - 8 PM
