Job Description
Part-Time Role

What this job is about

You’ll be responsible for making sure operations run smoothly in your assigned area.

Think of this role as a mix of:
• Recruiter (hiring people)
• Trainer (teaching them how to do the job)
• Field operator (being on the ground to ensure everything works properly)

You’ll manage the people working in your area and make sure customers have a great experience.

What you’ll do

1. Hire & onboard people
• Find and interview candidates
• Hire reliable and professional team members (OSS)
• Train new hires so they’re ready from day one

2. Train the team
• Teach new and existing team members how to do the job properly
• Make sure they follow processes (setup, labeling, customer experience)
• Ensure they understand how operations should run

3. Manage quality & performance
• Make sure shifts are properly staffed
• Visit live operations and observe performance
• Give feedback and coaching to improve quality
• Identify top performers and underperformers

4. Support local operations
• Help launch new customers/businesses
• Visit restaurants and support partnerships
• Run test orders to ensure quality
• Act as on-ground representative

5. Own your area’s performance
• Ensure your region always has enough trained staff
• Maintain high-quality execution across all shifts
• Identify issues early and fix them quickly
• Work with central teams to improve operations
