Job Description
The Role

We are seeking licensed Master Plumbers in PA to act as our company’s license qualifier. This is not a full-time field job – it’s a compliance and supervisory role, structured legally under state requirements.

Your responsibilities may include:
• Serving as the qualifier of record with the state licensing board.
• Ensuring the company complies with all state plumbing regulations and codes.
• Maintaining required liability insurance or bonds where applicable.
• Providing limited oversight of permitting, inspections, and code compliance.
• Periodic reporting, documentation, and (if required) occasional site visits or audits.

What We Offer
• Flexible engagement: designed for plumbers who want to monetize their license without giving up full-time work or retirement.
• BKR National covers compliance expenses (bond, license renewals, insurance increments).
• Structured contract that protects both sides and complies with state licensing requirements.
• Opportunity to be part of a growing national facility management brand.

Requirements
• Active Master Plumber license in Florida in good standing.
• Willing to act as the company’s official qualifier of record, with supporting documentation.
• Strong knowledge of state/local plumbing codes.
• Professional integrity and willingness to oversee compliance.
