Job Description
This role drives new and existing business within the HVAC and plumbing markets by building strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions. The position focuses on identifying and targeting new customers, conducting site visits to assess needs, presenting and proposing solutions, and negotiating pricing to close deals. The role works closely with technical teams to ensure accurate, timely delivery and provides post‑sale support to maintain customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

Candidates should have strong working knowledge of HVAC systems and plumbing products, along with proven communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Experience managing a sales pipeline, meeting quotas, and using CRM tools to track activity is required.
