As a Residential Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for transforming homes through thorough, high-quality cleaning. This is an active, hands-on role for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy seeing immediate results.

What you will be doing:
• Perform detailed residential cleanings (standard, deep cleaning, and occasional move-in/move-out services)
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces to a high standard
• Pay close attention to detail (edges, buildup, fixtures, and finishing touches)
• Follow structured cleaning systems and checklists for consistency
• Work independently or with a teammate to complete jobs efficiently
• Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment
• Provide a professional, respectful experience in clients’ homes
• Must have a car
