Job Description
Manage Chicago, Inc. is seeking a Chicago Licensed Plumber to support plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations across multiple apartment buildings and properties throughout Chicago. This role is responsible for maintaining plumbing systems to ensure safe and reliable water and drainage systems for residents and building operations.

We are looking for someone dependable who is experienced in troubleshooting plumbing issues, performing repairs, and handling a variety of service calls.

Responsibilities
β€’ Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential units and building systems
β€’ Install, repair, and replace pipes, valves, fixtures, and plumbing components
β€’ Service and maintain sinks, toilets, faucets, showers, and water lines
β€’ Inspect and repair drainage systems and sewer connections
β€’ Troubleshoot leaks, clogs, and water pressure issues
β€’ Install or replace water heaters and related plumbing equipment when needed
β€’ Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing systems throughout the building
β€’ Ensure all plumbing work complies with Chicago plumbing codes and safety standards
β€’ Respond to maintenance service requests and plumbing emergencies when necessary
β€’ Assist with plumbing work related to unit turnovers, renovations, or building upgrades
β€’ Identify potential plumbing hazards or system issues and recommend solutions
β€’ Work closely with property management and maintenance staff to coordinate repairs
β€’ Maintain tools, equipment, and materials needed for plumbing service work
β€’ Document completed work and report larger repair needs

Qualifications
β€’ Active Chicago Plumbing License required
β€’ Experience working with plumbing systems in apartment buildings or multi-unit properties preferred
β€’ Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
β€’ Knowledge of piping systems, drainage systems, and plumbing fixtures
β€’ Ability to work independently and manage service requests
β€’ Professional and reliable work ethic
β€’ Valid driver’s license preferred
