Job Description
• Combo Pipe Welder - Commercial/Industrial Construction
• Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex
• Pay: Up to $35.00/hr. + Overtime | Weld Test Required

A leading mechanical contractor is seeking experienced Combo Pipe Welders for ongoing commercial and industrial new construction projects across Dallas, Fort Worth, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:
• Weld carbon steel pipe using 6010 root and 7018 fill/cap
• Weld stainless and other types of metal pipe as needed
• Perform 6G welds that pass X-ray inspection
• Work on high-pressure pipe systems for large-scale construction
• Read blueprints and follow welding procedures
• Follow the jobsite safety standards

Requirements:
• Must pass an in-house 6G weld test (X-Ray)
• Must have reliable transportation to commute to job sites across DFW
• Experience in pipe welding in commercial or industrial construction settings
• Ability to work four 10-hour shifts and one 8-hour shift
