Summary of Position:

We are looking for welders to work on fabrication, maintenance, and installation of welding projects. Other duties may include maintenance of welding equipment in shop facility.

Description of Duties, Including but Not Limited To:

· Aluminum MIG welding

· TIG welding: steel, stainless steel, aluminum

· Sheet metal fabrication

· Spot welding: steel, stainless steel, aluminum

· Use gas torch for welding, brazing, soldering and cutting

· Work with a variety of materials

· Measure for dimensional requirements, squareness, flatness, etc., using appropriate tools such as calipers, squares, mics, height gauge, and surface plate inspection

· Interpret blueprints, sketches, and drawings and follow written and verbal instructions

· Apply appropriate finishing: grinding, sanding, deburring, cosmetics and functional

· Maintain tools and equipment

· Working hours: 6AM to 2:45PM. (Longer days might be required when we are busy).

Job Requirements:

· Minimum (4) years welding experience

· General math skills

· Knowledgeable of various welding and fabrication processes, tools, and equipment. (specify as needed)

· Ability to work long hours as needed

· Full-time on-site role, available to work in our office in Pacoima, CA daily

· Able to lift 50-70lbs as needed

· Able to maintain and stay on schedule
