Schedule

This is a swing/floater position covering time off and vacations. Flexibility is essential

What You’ll Do
• Monitor and control access to the facility (employees, visitors, and truck traffic)
• Maintain accurate logs of all entries and exits
• Actively observe security camera systems and report suspicious activity
• Partner with HR to support investigations using surveillance footage
• Assist the Safety team with audits, checks, and compliance tasks
• Complete clear, detailed incident and daily activity reports
• Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and contractors professionally
• Conduct routine perimeter and door security checks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional guard station
• Escort employees or visitors when required
• Support site safety by clearing walkways during inclement weather

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Prior security experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
• Reliable, flexible, and willing to work varied shifts, including weekends
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
