About the Role

Cleanest Restaurant Group is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Overnight Cleaners to join our Houston team. You’ll help maintain clean, sanitary, and professional restaurant environments—ensuring both the kitchen and dining areas meet the highest cleanliness and health standards. Work Schedule
• Overnight shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM (hours may vary slightly by site)
• Flexible schedules – 4–6 nights per week
• Locations throughout Houston, Sugar Land, Katy, and surrounding areas

Training Provided

No prior restaurant cleaning experience? No problem. Our on-site supervisors provide hands-on training on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and how to properly use equipment and cleaning products.

Essential Duties

This position may include kitchen cleaning, front-of-house cleaning, or both.

Kitchen Cleaning:
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, walls, and floors
• Wash and disinfect shelves, handles, and prep areas
• Remove grease buildup and maintain high sanitation standards
• Polish stainless steel and metal fixtures

Front-of-House Cleaning:
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and replenish supplies
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop dining and bar areas
• Dust lamps, windowsills, and fixtures
• Empty trash and transport to designated areas
• Clean and polish glass, mirrors, and metal fixtures

General Responsibilities:
• Follow all safety and company procedures
• Arrive on time and complete assigned duties efficiently
• Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs to supervisors
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements
• Previous commercial or janitorial cleaning experience preferred (training provided)
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites
• Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends as needed
• Physically able to bend, lift, and stand for extended periods
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
