Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and vigilant Level III Security Guard to join our dynamic security team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment across our facilities by implementing advanced security protocols, monitoring surveillance systems, and managing potential threats with confidence and professionalism. Your expertise will help protect personnel, property, and assets while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive surveillance using CCTV systems and other security technology to monitor premises continuously.
• Perform detailed patrols of the facility, including restricted areas, to identify and address security vulnerabilities or suspicious activity.
• Manage access control procedures for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors, verifying identities and issuing credentials as needed.
• Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies by coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services, providing first aid or CPR when necessary.
• Enforce security policies and procedures diligently while managing conflicts or disturbances with professionalism and tact.
• Document all security activities through detailed reports, incident logs, and shift handover records to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying theft or vandalism risks and implementing preventative measures.

Requirements
• Proven experience in security operations, law enforcement, military service, or related fields demonstrating strong situational awareness.
• Active physical level III TOPS card
• Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications such as CCTV operation or conflict management are highly desirable.
• Knowledge of surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems and alarm monitoring tools.
• Ability to respond effectively during emergencies with calmness and clarity under pressure.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations diplomatically.
• Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration with team members and emergency responders.
• Physical fitness to perform patrols, stand for extended periods, and respond swiftly when necessary.
