Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle heavy lifting and moving tasks. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction through efficient service.

Responsibilities
• Safely operate a delivery vehicle, including box trucks and manual transmission vehicles.
• Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage during transport.
• Follow designated routes for deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking shipments and obtaining necessary signatures.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation.
• Assist in warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and organization of goods.

Skills
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, including the use of forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely and efficiently.
• Experience with route driving and knowledge of local roadways is advantageous.
• Valid commercial driving license may be required depending on the vehicle used for deliveries.
