Job Description
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Packers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for packing finished products, preparing shipments, and ensuring all items meet company quality standards. This position plays an important role in keeping production and shipping operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Pack finished goods into boxes or containers according to company guidelines
• Inspect products for quality, damage, or defects before packaging
• Label, seal, and prepare packages for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Assist with sorting, counting, and organizing inventory
• Work closely with production and warehouse teams to meet daily goals

Requirements
• Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift
• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs when required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic communication and teamwork skills
• Previous warehouse, packing, or production experience is a plus but not required
