Job Description
The chosen candidate in this role will operate as Floater/Reliever, working together with the Security Operations Center. In this part time role, the Flex Officer will be dispatched to sites requiring immediate coverage. These sites may require the Flex Officer to work in a Physical Security role and/or a Fronk Desk Security role. The Flex Officer will be required to work every Friday, Saturday & Sunday, guaranteeing a 24 hour a week work schedule.

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Job Duties / Essential Functions

•Delivering high end customer service
•Responding to emergencies
•Deterring and preventing crime
•Performing access control procedures
•Investigating incidents
•Completing daily logs and incident reports
•Conducting regular walking or vehicle patrols
•Building and Maintaining a professional rapport with clients, guests and co-workers

•Performing other related duties as assigned

Skills / Qualifications
• Current and valid DL
• High school diploma or GED
• (1) year experience in security recommended
• Must be able to pass drug screen
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient time management skills
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent de-escalation skills
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background investigation, urinalysis screening and OPS training requirements

Appearance:
• Officers shall maintain their hair in a neat, clean, and combed professional appearance
• Beards and mustaches must be clean and neatly trimmed.
• Officer’s fingernails shall not extend more that ¼ inch from the tip of the finger or interfere in any ways in the performance of duty or with the safe drawing of issued equipment. Fingernail polish is allowed if it does not distract from the uniform.
