Your Opportunity:

This is a contractor (1099) role within our Filter Group division. The main duties involve on-site installation of whole home and point of use water filtration products, including water softeners and descalers. This opportunity can be a full-time or part-time role and comes with a flexible work schedule. However, the expectation is that this person will be available to JE for full workdays on the weekends.

Responsibilities:
• Attend scheduled appointments to perform on-site services according to Home Water protocols.
• Install Home Water products including, but not limited to, under-counter filters, whole home filters, water softeners, descaler, and reverse osmosis systems.
• Attentive documentation and reporting using Home Water provided systems and services.
• Servicing and repairing installed assets.

Requirements:
• Must have valid driver’s license and your own reliable transportation
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Sales experience preferred
• Experience with plumbing, HVAC, or water filter installations
• Available to work a flexible schedule with evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation with mileage reimbursement.
• Active Class II or III Water Treatment Specialist Certification or a Plumber’s License

Technical Requirements:
• Adaptability to work within various mobile applications and systems
• Quote generation and digital signatures via connected device

Compensation:
• Pay Per Install + Mileage
• Earn up to $900 - $2,000 per week
