Job Description
We are a full-service commercial boiler repair and maintenance contractor. With over 40 years of industry experience, we are seeking a hard-working, reliable hire to join our growing team.

While based in Orange County, NY, the majority of our work takes place in NYC, across all 5 boroughs. We have multiple active 3–5-year contracts with NYC DEP, DCAS and DOE and NYCHA.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience installing, fabricating, maintaining and repairing high and low-pressure steam, water or gas piping in industrial and commercial settings. The ability to read blueprints and use a welder, torch, threader, bender, various power and hand tools safely and effectively are mandatory for this position. The position requires the ability to lift and move heavy materials ( up to 100 lbs.), having already completed OSHA 30, FDNY Fireguard certificate of fitness, or the ability to obtain these by date of hire.

We are seeking 1 well-qualified team member for this permanent, part-time to full-time position. Employees may receive:

NYC Prevailing Wage at all NYC work locations.

The Prevailing Wage title primarily used for this work is Steamfitter – Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic. Depending on the job, additional prevailing wage titles may be required such as mason tender, plumber, boilermaker, or subject to different Prevailing Wage schedules, such as Davis-Bacon or State PW schedules.
