Job Description
Clean Nation LA is seeking a reliable Janitorial Technician to maintain cleanliness and sanitation at a property facility in Hollywood. This is a hands-on role involving cleaning common areas and trash rooms, ensuring the property remains clean, safe, and presentable. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Clean and maintain trash rooms and surrounding areas
• Perform general janitorial duties (sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces)
• Air Blow Designated Areas as needed
• Remove debris and maintain cleanliness standards
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Report any maintenance or sanitation issues

Skills & Requirements
• Reliable and punctual (must show up consistently)
• Able to perform physical work (standing, bending, lifting)
• Comfortable working in trash room environments
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Prior janitorial or pressure washing experience is a plus (not required)

Schedule
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
• 6 hours per day
• Start date: Immediate (as soon as this week)

Pay: $17.28 - $18.50 per hour
