Job Description
The Warehouse Material Handler – Picker amp; Loader is responsible for accurately picking, preparing, and loading materials for shipment while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards. This role supports efficient warehouse operations by ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly and on time.

Key Responsibilities
• Pick materials and products according to pick lists, work orders, or RF scanner instructions
• Load and unload materials from trucks, trailers, and containers
• Verify product quantities, part numbers, and condition before shipment
• Stage, palletize, wrap, and secure materials for transport
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, and forklifts (if certified)
• Maintain accurate inventory movements using a warehouse management system (WMS)
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Assist with receiving, replenishment, and general warehouse duties as needed
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality performance standards
• Operate electric pallet jack and stand up forklift.

Qualifications amp; Skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• At least one year of operating deep reach or counterbalance forklift (Required)
• Operate electric pallet jack, sit down, and stand up forklifts (Required)
• RF scanner (Required)
• Previous warehouse, picking, loading, or material handling experience (preferred)
• Ability to read pick tickets and follow instructions accurately
• Basic math and counting skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and reliability
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
