Job Description
The Standard Pour is a high-volume craft cocktail bar and restaurant in Uptown Dallas, known for elevated food, award-winning cocktails, and one of the top whiskey selections in the country. We have been open for 14 years, and are recognized as a staple bar/restaurant in UptownWe re seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead Front of House operations, drive service excellence, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities include:Lead daily FOH operations and supervise shiftsDeliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve concernsTrain, coach, and evaluate staff performanceMaintain service standards, cleanliness, and safety complianceSupport brand growth through strong hospitality and community presenceQualifications:Restaurant management or FOH leadership experience (high-volume preferred)Strong food, cocktail, and beverage knowledgeExperience with POS/reservation systems (TOAST, OpenTable preferred)Excellent leadership and communication skillsSchedule & Pay:4 days per week (9 10 hour shifts)Salary starting at $52,000/year plus monthly bonusesNights and weekends requiredBenefits:Employee discountPaid time offPaid trainingExperience:Restaurant Management: 1 year (Required)Shift availability:Night Shift (Required)
