JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Dedicated Class 3 Delivery Driver & Production Assistant (Up to S$2,900 + OT)

About the Role

We are a premium, small-batch cultured dairy company looking for a reliable, experienced Class 3 Delivery Driver to join our growing team. This role is split between deliveries (70-80% of your time) and food production support (20-30%).

CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: Candidates must be fully comfortable driving a Class 3 manual transmission truck.

The successful candidate will earn a salary of S$2,700–2,900 per month (post-probation), plus overtime pay.

You must have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience with a clean record.

Key Responsibilities

Deliveries & Logistics (70–80%)

· Operate company vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver orders across Singapore.

· Pack, check, and load goods with care; maintain cold chain integrity and ensure order accuracy.

· Ensure paperwork is included and correctly matched with all outgoing deliveries.

· Deliver on time and with professionalism; communicate with clients respectfully.

· Represent Annie’s with courtesy, integrity, and good spirit

· Maintain clear and concise delivery records and report any issues immediately

· Keep delivery vehicle clean, organized, and road-safe.

Food Production Support (20–30%)

· Assist with preparation, packaging, and machine operation/cleaning.

· Help maintain production hygiene and cleanliness.

· Support with stock checks, goods receiving, and documentation.

· Participate in day-to-day upkeep and ad-hoc production tasks, including those that require comfort with physical work and lifting loads of up to 25kg.

Requirements

· Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License

· Minimum 2 years’ driving experience with a clean record -- subject to verification.

· Proficient in reading and writing English (for order forms, SOPs, and communication).

· Basic knowledge of Singapore roads and route efficiency.

· L1 Food Hygiene Certificate (Highly valued, or we will sponsor training/re-certification if needed).

· Must be eligible to work in Singapore.

Working Schedule
• Alternating A/B weekly roster: Week A is 5 days (Mon–Fri); Week B is 6 days (Mon–Sat).
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM on selected days or as required).
• Saturday (Week B only): 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
• Overtime pay applicable for hours worked beyond the standard schedule.
• May occasionally be required to work public holidays -- leave-in-lieu provided.
