Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Security Controller to oversee daily operations from our control room. You will serve as the first point of contact for on-ground officers and management, ensuring operational continuity and site readiness.

Key Responsibilities
• Attendance & Clocking: Monitor and track officer attendance and scheduled clocking intervals using the Armfort System.
• CCTV Oversight: Conduct periodic surveillance to ensure officer alertness, professional conduct, and presence on duty.
• Communication: Maintain professional and prompt coordination via official WhatsApp groups, including Katz / Manpower Movement and Control Room.
• Roster Support: Assist in collecting officer availability, identifying manpower gaps, and confirming upcoming shifts.
• Documentation: Collect and verify Medical Certificates (MC) and leave applications, update the Occurrence Book (OB), and maintain the designated Google Excel Sheets.
• Site Coverage: Be prepared to deploy to sites in full uniform to cover manpower shortfalls when instructed by management.
• Escalation: Identify and report incidents such as AWOL, misconduct, or equipment failure to the Operations Executive (OE).

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in security operations, customer service, or a control room environment.
• Qualification: GCE O Level or equivalent.
• Shift Work: Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (typically 0900hrs to 2100hrs).
• Skills: Proficiency in using mobile applications (Armfort) and professional communication through digital platforms.
• Conduct: Must be punctual, responsive, and able to maintain strict confidentiality regarding internal footage and data.
