Job Summary

As an Admin Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our daily operations-ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organizing, coordinating, and making things happen.

Key Responsibilities

. Provide general administrative support to the operations and management team

. Manage and maintain filing systems, records, and documentation (physical and digital)

. Prepare reports, invoices, quotations, and other business documents

. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally

. Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and appointments

. Assist in procurement and inventory tracking for office and site supplies

. Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding documentation and attendance tracking

. Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements

. O/A levels or Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
