Job Description
We are hiring an Operations Manager for an established premium dining group.

This is a hands-on, service-focused operations role. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, support outlet leaders, maintain strong service standards, manage manpower planning, and ensure a consistent guest experience across outlets.

Key responsibilities

Operational leadership
• Oversee daily outlet operations across multiple restaurant locations
• Work closely with Restaurant Managers to ensure smooth service flow and operational consistency
• Lead by example on the floor during service, including peak periods, VIP events, and special occasions
• Conduct regular outlet checks on SOP adherence, cleanliness, service standards, stock levels, and staff readiness
• Support service improvements, operational initiatives, events, group bookings, and promotions

Roster and manpower management
• Plan and monitor weekly rosters to ensure proper manpower coverage
• Review staffing levels across shifts and outlets to support operational needs
• Coach and support Restaurant Managers, supervisors, and service teams
• Conduct briefings, shift handovers, and service refreshers when needed
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, grooming, and compliance with company standards

Guest experience
• Maintain strong floor presence and interact with guests professionally
• Handle service recovery, feedback, and complaints with confidence
• Monitor reservations and guest flow during peak periods
• Build rapport with regular guests and VIP customers
• Ensure consistent guest experience across all outlets

Inventory and SOP oversight
• Check stock levels and coordinate replenishment with purchasing teams
• Conduct SOP checks covering service, hygiene, equipment, and operations
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and operational
• Review daily reports relating to sales, inventory, manpower, attendance, and operational updates
• Escalate key issues to management when needed

Requirements
• Minimum 7 to 8 years of F&B or hospitality operations experience
• Experience in hotel dining, premium casual dining, semi-fine dining, or fine dining preferred
• Strong hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead from the floor
• Able to manage multiple outlets, manpower planning, service standards, and daily operations
• Good communication, problem-solving, and people management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing restaurant environment
• Able to maintain professional grooming and uniform standards
• Comfortable working in a non-halal dining environment
