Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Perform Arc and TIG Welding
• Able to handle equipment such as grinders and other tools
• Establishes job requirements from drawings and specifications
• Mark out shape and dimensions on metal before cutting
• Drill holes or tap threads are inserted to enable the parts to be joined together
• Check and ensure the parts are an exact fit and correctly proportioned
• Assemble components by bolting, screwing, clipping, or welding
• Inspect finished work for faults and correct any issues
• Any other ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Arc Welding (6G) with mild steel and stainless steel
• TIG welding experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of markings and fitting
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights (up to 2m above ground)
• Able to work in open spaces, including hot weather conditions
• Flexible and adaptable in a busy team environment with established processes
• Availability to start work at short notice
