• Lead and manage overall fast food restaurant operations in line with company SOPs and regulatory requirements, ensuring smooth day-to-day performance and timely resolution of operational issues
• Operationally hands-on during service periods to support daily operations
• Oversee food preparation and service operations, ensuring consistency with standard recipes, portion control, speed of service, and quality standards
• Drive business performance by managing daily sales, labour, and food costs, analysing performance trends, and implementing actions to achieve sales and profitability targets
• Deliver excellent customer experience by ensuring fast, friendly service and handling customer feedback and complaints effectively
• Manage manpower and scheduling, ensuring optimal staffing levels to support peak periods and maintain productivity
• Oversee inventory and cost control, ensuring accurate stock management, proper storage, and minimisation of wastage
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations at all times
• Build and lead a high-performing team by coaching staff, driving engagement, and fostering a service-oriented culture

Job Requirements
• Diploma or Certificate in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or related field preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in F&B / QSR operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong operational and team management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of cost control, staffing, and outlet performance metrics
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
