Job Description
Job Duties:

β€’ Comply to the operating hours, allocated shift and duty roster defined by the company

β€’ Comply to the hygiene standards, safety rules and regulations of the company

β€’ Ensure all assigned duties are completed and within the cleanliness and timeliness requirements of the company

β€’ Provide assistance to Cook to do daily preparation of dishes and ingredients, packing and dishing of all meals

β€’ Ensure all crockery wares are clean and sufficient in quantity for every meal operation

β€’ Ensure the temperature of food warmers which are used to keep and transfer meals are within safe limits, in line with the requirements.

β€’ Inform Supervisor if there are any damaged and faulty equipment, broken crockery wares, cutlery or items.

β€’ Undertake any other duties assigned by the F&B Manager or Senior Production Chef

Requirements:

β€’ Preferably N level education (or equivalent) and above

β€’ 1-2 year’s relevant experience is preferred

β€’ Physically fit

β€’ Basic English literacy is required

β€’ Required 6 working days per week
