Security Officers who have worked with Danmax Security for more than 2 years will be recommended for senior positions, such as Senior Security Officers or Security Supervisors. Security Officers who have performed their duties well for at least six months will be recommended for salary adjustment or advancement. Security Officers who have 2 years of working experience will be recommended for the Senior Security Officer position. Senior Security Officers who have 3 years of working experience, and have managed security sites and demonstrated supervisory skills in people management, will be recommended for the Security Supervisor position.
