Key Responsibilities:

Transport Coordination:

Plan and coordinate transportation needs.
Safely ferry children to school, appointments, and activities.
Ensure vehicle cleanliness, follow traffic rules, and report incidents.

Security Services:

Manage the guard post, monitor CCTV, and ensure entry protocols are followed.
Facilitate visitor registration and vehicle parking.

Fire Drill Support:

Assist in safety drills and ensure access for emergency personnel.

Traffic Warden Duties:

Ensure smooth traffic flow during events.

Ad Hoc Support:

Receive parcels and assist with additional duties as assigned.
Additional duties as assigned.

Donations in kind:

To assist in receiving donations and issuing receipts to donors.

Working Hours:

Weekdays, 9 AM – 6 PM (42-hour week).

What You’ll Need:

Secondary education or equivalent.
Class 3 driving license with a clean record.
Familiarity with Singapore roads.
Security license (preferred).
Ability to read and write in English.
