The Cleaning Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning and sanitation services to maintain a safe, hygienic, and pleasant environment for clients, staff, and visitors. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and hygiene standards, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

The Cleaning

Specialist will perform routine and deep cleaning tasks across designated areas, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities . Carry out cleaning duties in assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, clearing of bins and sanitising surfaces. . Clean and disinfect restrooms, break areas, massage rooms and high-touch surfaces (e.g. doorknobs, light switches). .

Perform specialised cleaning such as carpet shampooing, floor polishing, and window cleaning when required. . Handle and maintain cleaning equipment and tools properly. . Follow cleaning schedules and task checklists to ensure thorough coverage. .

Ensure sufficient stocks of cleaning supplies. . Safely use cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines. . Dispose of waste, recyclables, and hazardous materials appropriately. . Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor. .
