Job Description
Responsibilities
• Answertelephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provideinformation during non-business hours or when switchboard is closed.
• Changing of Visitor and Contractor Passes to Authorize personnel
• Answer to Alarm according to regulations set by the Singapore Civil Defense Force regulations and investigate any disturbances.
• Monitoring of the Closed-circuit television (CCTV), also known as video surveillance in and outside the Premises.
• Issue keys to authorize personnel and record of the key movements
• Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons
• Monitorand authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and otherpersons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
• Writereports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment orproperty damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusualoccurrences.
• Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational use.
• Lookout for possible Danger and Hazards that may cause harm or injury to Guest / Associates
• Ensure that Guest and Company property are well protected from any forms of sabotaging or theft.
• Making sure that Guests/Associates are following the house rules and regulation
• Respond to Lock set or Safe box issues upon request
• Deny entry to any trespasser/intruder that may cause loss of Company image/businesses or nuisance to guests/Associates .
• Deny unauthorized parking at the reserved lot and politely direct to the designated
Requirements
• No security licence isrequired. The company will provide 2 training courses: Handle SecurityIncidents and Services & Provide Guard and Patrol Services.
