• Supervise cleaning teams to ensure compliance with SOPs and service standards.
• Monitor daily operations and conduct site inspections with clients (e.g. CAG); follow up on cleaning gaps.
• Plan work schedules and deploy manpower efficiently.
• Review cleaning job reports and prepare information for monthly meetings.
• Compile basic operational data and propose improvements to work processes.
• Conduct daily roll calls and team briefings.
• Manage staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Handle feedback, investigations, and incident report submissions.
• Ensure operational KPIs are met.
• Perform other reasonable ad-hoc operational duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in cleaning operations or a related field.
• Able to work at East location(s).
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with alternate weekend duties.
• Good communication and basic supervisory skills.

Remuneration
• Salary: SGD 3,400 – 3,800, commensurate with experience.
