Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Ensure the restaurant is run in an efficient manner and proper service is offered at all times
• Manage restaurant environment, handle and schedule regular maintenance and upkeep of restaurant, such as pest control, servicing, etc
• Ensure balanced allocation of duties and shift to staff, following regulated work hours and rest days
• Liase with Hotel team for breakfast and day to day F&B needs
• Handle customer and Hotel feedback calmly, professionally and efficiently at all times, resolving any disputes and recovering service effectively
• Manage restaurant inventory levels, handling purchasing of necessary items when necessary
• Experience Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience with at least 3 year in supervisory role
• Familiar with International restaurant menus and operations flow, POS Systems
• Meticulous with an eye for details
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task and handle high volume of work in fast-paced environment
• Able and willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as business dictates
