Job Summary:

This position will be based on site. Cleaners are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the building in which they work by performing various cleaning duties. Duties and hours may vary dependent upon the size of the building and number of teammates they may be working with. A cleaner may be responsible for any or all of the following principle duties and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible in maintaining cleanliness of the area assigned by Cleaning Supervisor / Facilities Manager
• Good team player
• To minimise complaints from Client on cleaning issue
• Ensure feedback receive from user and convey accordingly to Cleaner Supervisor for any action to be taken
• Ensure toilet amenities are replenished daily
• Ensure pantry items are in order
• To be punctual and work according to time slot assigned
• Able to speak and understand simple English
• Ensure daily cleaning operation without fail
• To report daily activities to Cleaning Supervisor and attend monthly meetings/ conduct inspections as and when require
• Provides excellent level of customer service to both internal and external customers
• Other duties as reasonably requested from time to time.
• Provide early ordering of depleting cleaning materials to Cleaning Supervisor
• Valuable items found to be returned back to owner or Housekeeping for action
