Company Overview
西塔老太太 (Xita Laotaitai) is an established restaurant brand specializing in traditional clay stove BBQ. The Singapore outlet operates as a flagship location with strong customer demand and consistent business performance.

We are seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and drive service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily restaurant operations across front-of-house and kitchen teams
• Lead and supervise staff to ensure smooth workflow and service standards
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
• Ensure high standards in food quality, service, and cleanliness (QSC)
• Monitor operational costs and support outlet performance
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues
• Ensure compliance with food safety and employment regulations in Singapore
• Work closely with management to achieve operational targets
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in F&B or restaurant operations
• Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred
• Ability to manage both service and kitchen teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Working Hours & Schedule
• Minimum 5 working days per week (rostered)
• 10–12 hours per day
• Weekends and public holidays required
• Rest days on a rotational basis
Salary & Benefits
• Monthly Salary: $5,000 – $8,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Allowances: Provided (to be discussed during interview)
• Variable Bonus: Performance-based
