Job Description About the job

Reporting to the IKEA Food Restaurant Manager, you will support the daily operations of IKEA Food Restaurant by delivering excellent customer service, handling cashier transactions, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant area.
Your assignment
β€’ Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the restaurant area by clearing the dishes and utensils, including cleaning of tables and chairs.
β€’ Disposing and clearing of food wastage from the central clearing area.
β€’ Adhere to standard operating procedures and uphold high standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness (Q.S.C.).
β€’ Comply with food safety, hygiene practices and health and safety regulations at all times.
β€’ Handle cashier duties, including accurate processing of sales transactions.
β€’ Perform stock checks and ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date.
β€’ Promote sales through effective upselling and recommending add-ons to customers.
