Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of authentic Italian cuisine, exceptional bar and wine knowledge, and the leadership skills necessary to deliver an outstanding late-night dining experience.

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: Starting from $4,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
• Annual Leave: 7 days per year

Working Hours & Schedule
• Work Schedule: 6 days per week (Must be willing to work Sundays and Public Holidays)
• Shift Timing: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily late-night restaurant and bar operations, ensuring a seamless and authentic Italian dining experience.
• Manage, train, and schedule staff to maintain high standards of service.
• Curate and manage the wine list and bar inventory, leveraging your extensive beverage knowledge.
• Ensure quality control in both food presentation and customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any operational issues swiftly.
• Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
