Job Description
• Position : Warehouse Supervisor (Packing / Inventory)
• Location : West – Jalan Buroh
• Working hours : 5.5 days | Mon–Fri 8.30am–5.30pm, Sat 8.30am–12.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,800 + AWS + Performance Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Permanent

Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily packaging operations and assign work to packers
• Ensure all packing is done according to company procedures and quality standards
• Maintain accurate finished goods inventory records in Excel and NAV system
• Check stock quantity and isolate products with quantity variance from QC COC records
• Report inventory or quality issues to QA and maintain proper documentation
• Prepare purchase requisitions for packaging consumables replenishment
• Support stock accountability, inventory updates and ad-hoc duties

Requirements:
• 2–3 years’ experience in packaging supervision, inventory or warehouse operations
• Must have hands-on ERP / WMS / NAV system experience
• Able to use Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and reporting
• Able to work OT when required
