As per the Ministry of Manpower, the minimum wage for security guards in Singapore is SGD 2,080 per month from 1 July 2026 under the Progressive Wage Model for the security sector. Guards working night shifts receive an additional SGD 150 monthly allowance. Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate after 44 hours per week.
