We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant / Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving operational excellence, and inspiring a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.
β€’ Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
β€’ Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
β€’ Regularly review product quality.
β€’ Organize and supervise shifts.
β€’ Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff, ensuring that all team members meet performance expectations.
β€’ Appraise staff performance and provide feedback/implement training programs to improve productivity/ enhance staff skill sets.
β€’ Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
β€’ Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
β€’ Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
β€’ Ensure that labour expenses are align with budgetary goals.
β€’ Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
β€’ Collaborate with the Operations Manager to implement strategies for achieving sales and profitability targets.
β€’ Implement initiatives to improve profitability.
β€’ Report on restaurant performance to the Operations Manager, providing insights on staff, operations, and customer satisfaction.
β€’ Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
β€’ Manage staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
β€’ Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.

Job Requirements
β€’ Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality/Restaurant Management or equivalent.
β€’ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with at least 1 year in a managerial level.
β€’ Energetic, good team player and service oriented.
β€’ Great leadership with solid analytical, communications and interpersonal skills.
