Job Description
Operations / Facilities Executive (Cleaning & FM) – Singapore

We are a growing cleaning & facilities management company looking for a reliable, hands-on Operations Executive who can manage sites, handle clients, and solve problems independently.

If you need constant supervision, this role is not for you.

What You Will Be Responsible For
β€’ Manage multiple cleaning sites across Singapore
β€’ Ensure manpower attendance and arrange replacements when needed
β€’ Handle client communication and resolve issues promptly
β€’ Conduct site inspections and maintain service standards
β€’ Coordinate with cleaners, supervisors, and management
β€’ Solve day-to-day operational problems without escalation
β€’ Provide hands on training & perform hands on role when needed

What We Are Looking For
β€’ Experience in cleaning, facilities management, or manpower operations
β€’ Able to work on-site and from office
β€’ Comfortable handling frontline workers
β€’ Strong sense of responsibility and urgency
β€’ Good communication skills
β€’ Responsive on WhatsApp and able to act fast
β€’ Driving license will be advantage

Salary & Benefits
