Role Overview
Join our pioneering team as Kitchen Crew and play a key role in delivering high-quality, efficient back-of-house operations. You’ll support food prep, plating, and kitchen hygiene while growing with a dynamic, expanding brand.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Food Preparation & Plating
• Assist in prepping ingredients (no complex cooking required).
• Plate signature soups/grills neatly and efficiently.
✔ Kitchen Operations
• Maintain strict hygiene standards (SG Food Agency compliant).
• Replenish stocks (sauces, ingredients, retail products).
• Support smooth workflow during peak hours (lunch/dinner rushes).
✔ Sustainability Commitment
• Handle antibiotic-free chicken and sustainably sourced produce.
• Minimize waste in line with brand values.
Requirements
✅ Experience: Prior F&B (kitchen/back-of-house) is a plus, but training provided for motivated candidates.✅ Skills:
• Ability to work fast & clean under pressure.
• Basic English (Mandarin a bonus).
• Team player with a strong work ethic.

• Full-Time: Open to SPR holders.
• Part-Time: Students/LOC holders welcome.
Pay & Perks
💰 Full-Timers:
• Basic Salary: Up to $2,800/month + OT pay.
