Job Description
Package
• Fixed Basic Salary: $3,500
• Incentive for extra trips: $17 per extra trip
• Attendance Incentive: $200
• Monthly KPI Incentive: $400

Job Responsibilities
• Perform daily vehicle pre-checks and ensure roadworthiness before operations
• Safely collect and deliver import/export containers in a timely manner
• Verify container and seal numbers; report discrepancies with photo evidence, and/or any vehicle or cargo damage due to accident
• Comply with PSA import/export trucking procedures and depot requirements
• Ensure containers are in proper condition before acceptance or delivery
• Use mobile app to update Container Trucking Requests (CTR) and job status
• Maintain radio communication with traffic controllers at all times
• Adhere to Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements and PPE standards
• Practice good housekeeping and report any vehicle or container damage
• Any other duties as per assigned by superior

Requirements
• Reporting location: Pioneer area
• Valid Class 4 or Class 5 driving licence
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Prime Mover / container driver
• Familiar with PSA port operations, container yards/operations, and depot processes
• Working hours may vary based on operational requirements
• Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to follow operational procedures

Working Environment
• On the road and at ports, depots, warehouses, and customer premises
• Long driving hours; evening and weekend work required
