Job Description
Duties of Delivery Drivers

1. Delivery
• Pack and prepare customer orders for delivery.
• Ensure orders are packed correctly and verify delivery documents before loading. Report any discrepancies to the Company.
• Assist in loading deliveries onto the vehicle and ensure items are properly secured.
• Deliver orders using the most efficient routes and within required timelines.
• Maintain communication with the Company during deliveries for updated instructions.
• Deliver Island wide. Merchandise and display products on store shelves.
• Exchange products at stores as instructed by the Company.
• Verify delivered quantities with customers and return signed documents (e.g., Good Receipt Notes) to the office.
• Maintain a safe driving record free of violations.

2. Vehicle Maintenance
• Ensure the delivery vehicle is properly maintained and all required documents are up to date.
• Keep the vehicle clean inside and outside.
• Drive the vehicle for inspections or servicing when required.
• Regularly check tyres, lights, brakes, fluids, and other key components for safe operation.

3. Inventory Management
• Assist in clearing and disposing of expired products.

4. Other Duties
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Company.
