Night Shift Driver – Class 4

As per the Ministry of Manpower, the Progressive Wage Model sets the minimum basic wage for entry-level cleaning staff at SGD 1,650 per month from 1 January 2026, rising to SGD 1,800 after 12 months of service with certified training. Overtime must be paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate for hours exceeding 44 per week.

As per the Ministry of Manpower, foreign workers applying for cleaning staff roles must hold a valid Work Permit (WP) issued before starting employment, with employers paying a monthly foreign worker levy of SGD 300 for non-Malaysian workers as of 2026. The WP is valid for up to 2 years and requires a security bond of SGD 5,000.

As per the Ministry of Manpower, applicants for cleaning staff positions need to be at least 18 years old with no minimum education requirement, but must complete the mandatory 16-hour Environmental Cleaning Safety Course before starting work. Foreign applicants must also pass a medical examination within 2 weeks of arrival.

As per the Ministry of Manpower, job applications for cleaning staff require a valid passport, recent passport-sized photo, educational certificates if any, and the WP application form submitted via the MOM Work Permit Online system. Employers must also provide the employment contract signed before the worker arrives.
